to try this fiery precursor dance to Flamenco!! Danced barefoot and uses shawl, finger snapping/cymbols it will appeal to
lovers of Bellydance, Flamenco and dance in general.
Bring a flowing
skirt and hip scarf and learn the history, moves and a passionate choreography from Zambra Mora expert and international bellydancer/teacher
Titanya Dahlin, on a rare visit from the U.S.A. She will also teach the graceful hand movements - floreos, and techniques
from polynesian dance, which she is famous for.
Titanya regularly teaches with her sister Dondi
(of BDSS) and has developed EnergyDance inspired by working with her mum Donna Eden (internationally respected author/teacher
of Energy Medicine).

Bellydance Inspirations Show Then
in the evening, starting 7pm, see Titanya and other international and local professionals in our unique Bellydance
Inspirations show...featuring traditional and modern bellydance plus some of the dances which have inspired it. Titanya
will dance a stunning Zambra Mora fusion and her 7 veils dance. Ozgen - internationally loved Turkish male dancer will dance
Turkish Rom ('gypsy') and Oriental style. Mine Moran - Turkish born and trained, and now enlightening local students
will dance a fun, elegant oriental solo and lead two colourful troupe performances. Tree, a Tribal Fusion expert who regularly
studies with the top names in Tribal, and also teaching locally, will dance with sword, partner and Spiral Tribe dance company.
Harriet will be representing Egyptian style plus a bellydance/burlesque fusion while Eve will be demonstrating an original
cabaret/african fusion. And not forgetting Gothic bellydance, Heike will perform with wings! We also have well-respected Flamenco
dancer lou and partner in demand for her expertise in this passionate dance which has heavily influenced modern Tribal Bellydance.
Doors open 7pm, Show starts 8pm.
