Energy Dance is a combination of ancient inspired exercises set to uplifting world beat music.  It is about finding your own funky flow and freeing the body through breath and ease. 

 

This CD is organized into two parts.  In the first section you may choose to meditate with the exercises while Titanya leads your through breathwork and stillness. 

 

In the second part, the rhythms become alive as you follow Titanya dancing the exercises in some joyous routines.  It will pur a smile on your face and a glow on your skin.
